The water here is very beautiful! I like the lines that you place throughout it to show the movement of the water: it creates a very free flowing effect and it uplifting for the mind. It makes a peaceful scene, which I think goes along with how the girl is sitting on top of the statue. If I had one thing to suggest, I think you could work on your background a bit with this piece. The leaves feel like they need to be outlined, with a dark green or another similar colour. They blend in too well with the sky, especially towards the top of the image. The bright green gives off the wrong feeling that makes the piece feel almost incomplete. I think some darker images would be more successful as they would put the focus on the girl in her pink dress which stands out almost immediately. Otherwise, it's a good piece. Your textures are great!
